Our Partner Ruth W. Wainaina-Kemboy is the Team Leader of our Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution department. She specializes in Commercial, Civil and Tax litigation as well as Environment and Land Law. Ruth has an impressive resume in Alternative Dispute Resolution and she is the Firm's leading expert in international disputes.
Mrs. Kemboy is the epitome of kindness. Elizabeth Kibler-Rose once said ‘the most beautiful people we have known are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known struggle, known loss, and have found their way out of the depths.’ This is perhaps the most apt description of Ruth. Her sensitivity, understanding and appreciation of life shines through every legal problem that is thrown her way.
