Claude Kamau is a Pupil at Kemboy Law Advocates presently undertaking his six (6) month mandatory pupillage in compliance with the regulations of the Kenya School of Law.

Through the Firm’s structured pupillage programme, Claude is able to gain experience in both the Litigation and Conveyancing Departments. Some of his tasks include assisting in the drafting of pleadings, legal opinions and demand letters, attending client meetings and taking minutes, researching legal issues and drafting memoranda for both existing and potential cases, visiting the various registries, assisting in the drafting of commercial documents to include bank securities and other forms of conveyancing documents.

Claude’s warm and cheerful disposition has a way of rubbing off on those around him. He is a fast learner and a brilliant legal researcher.

On top of being a pupil at Kemboy Law Advocates, Claude is a tutorial fellow at the Strathmore Law School and holds a Masters Degree in Intellectual Property Law.
