Our Banking and Securities practice specializes in securitization of assets whereby we draft and review bank security documents, undertake perfection and registration of charges, debentures, deeds of discharge, offering advice on individual and corporate deeds of guarantees and indemnities, loan agreements among others. Our practice also goes the extra mile in advising both lenders and borrowers on potentially contentious issues and the regulatory framework.

We are on the panel of many local and regional banks and also represent borrowers including private individuals, companies and large conglomerates.
